Thank you for your interest in Eucharistic Adoration at St. Faustina Catholic Church. Anyone is welcome to come and pray in front of the Blessed Sacrament during the Exposition of the Holy Eucharist. We encourage you to become a part of our Adoration (Upper Room) Ministry, which is a wonderful opportunity to spend time with our Lord regularly through Exposition of the Blessed Sacrament, and to join our community in prayer and adoration.
We encourage you to commit to a weekly Holy Hour of Eucharistic Adoration. Your commitment to a dedicated weekly Holy Hour allows us to grow our community of Adorers as the parish grows as well as helps us prepare to offer more adoration opportunities for special events throughout the year.
YOUR ROLE AS AN ADORER An Adorer at St. Faustina Catholic Church represents our parish community in adoration and prayer before the Blessed Sacrament. Thus, it is not only a time to pray for yourself and your own family and friends but it is also a time to prayer for the entire parish family, which provides great consolation to the parish by knowing that someone is praying for them continuously.
PRAYER INTENTIONS We encourage each adorer to keep these intentions in mind:
The material and spiritual welfare of the universal Church; and in particular, those of the parishioners of St. Faustina Catholic Church.
Vocations to the priesthood and religious life.
The sanctity of all life, from conception to natural end.
Your own personal intentions.
If you cannot commit to a weekly Holy Hour, please consider joining our Adoration (Upper Room) Ministry Sub team and you can help us fill a weekly Adorer's spot when he or she cannot attend. Below are adoration details:
Where: Adoration is currently held inside the main church sanctuary.
When: Tuesday - Thursday from 9-4pm
How: Anyone is welcome to come to adoration. However, if you would like to commit to a weekly scheduled Holy Hour with our Lord, or sign up as part of the Adoration Sub team, please send an email to adoration@saintfaustinachurch.org and we will help guide you with the sign up process.
*NOTE: Occasionally during funerals or other important events Exposition of the Holy Eucharist may need to temporarily postponed (reposed). However, you are still welcome and encouraged to come to church during these events and adore Christ present in the Tabernacle during your scheduled hour. You can sit in the back of the church (e.g. cry rooms in the back or side room behind the glass). In the case of a funeral, you are welcome to offer this time as a corporal work of mercy (bury the dead).
