The season of Advent is an invitation to recall God’s love for his people in the past, present, and future. Advent is a time for us to remember the story of salvation: how God has been working to bring fallen humanity back to Him. We also remember the advent, or arrival, of Jesus, whose coming we celebrate on Christmas. We remember why He came: to restore our relationship with the Father through His Paschal Mystery. This year, we want to invite your family to journey with us in a number of different ways.
Deadline: December 15th to ensure inclusion on the "in memory of" page.
Pray for Loved Ones: Flower donations may be made as memorials or in thanksgiving for family and/or friends.
How: Fill out the form online or use a flower donation envelope and clearly print the names of those you wish to be remembered in the Christmas bulletin. Donation envelopes can be found at the hospitality table or in the Church office.

As part of our Advent tradition, we invite you to join us tonight for a special time of prayer, reconciliation, and healing. Our annual Advent Penance Service will be held in the Church at 6:30 pm with many priests coming from across the area to hear your confession. Come by yourself, come as a family, or invite a friend who has not experienced the Sacrament of Reconciliation in some time. Join us as we experience the gracious mercy of God’s love!
Traditionally, Advent wreaths have four candles representing the season's four weeks. The subsequent lighting of the candles symbolizes the expectation and hope of our Lord’s coming into the world at Christmas, as well as the anticipation of his second coming at the end of time. This is a beautiful tradition you can start at home with your children.
