We will be staffing the Seven-Eleven game booth for the duration of the Festival.
We will staff the booth for the duration of the festival. We must have 1 adult present at the booth throughout the day (kids and teens are welcome but must be paired with an adult). Shifts will be listed in 1-hour slots, but feel free to sign up for more than one!
We will not need to design or build our booth. The booths will be build and set up on Sunday morning (October 2) and will have directions attached with all supplies needed.
How Many Volunteers are Needed to Run a Booth?
One adult per shift... but two people will certainly make it more fun! At least one adult, but a younger person can certainly help as long as they are paired with an adult. Two people will help the game run faster, help reset the game quicker, and make for a more social experience (we are, after all, the fun ministry!)
What Times are Volunteers Needed in the Booths?
9:00am - 4:00pm
The first volunteers to arrive by 9:00am to allow time to find our booth and get familiar with the booth directions and operation.
The booths will officially run from 9:30am - 4:00pm. They will need to be staffed during this time.
The committee will manage tear down activities so you will not need to go past 4:00pm.
What Booth Have We Been Assigned? How Do We Find It?
The Booth Assignments are listed below along with the Booth Number or Title and are also attached to this email. The "Map Locator" refers to the booth on the attached Festival Layout so you know where your booth is. Please note that these may change but I (Carrie) will let you know if it does. The Festival is located on the new parking lot and along the sidewalk leading up to the lot.
Our ministry name will be on our booth so we can more easily locate it.
