Finance Council

By the direction of the Archdiocese, the Finance Council is established under Cannon Law at each parish to assist the Pastor with overseeing and directing the parish’s Financial Operations to ensure Transparency, Responsibility, and Accountability. Through Discipleship, the members of our committee meet monthly to:

1. Recommend steps to comply with policies and procedures contained in the Pastoral Manual.
2. Assist the Pastor in the preparation of the yearly budget.
3. Assist the Pastor in the preparation of the required annual financial report of revenues & expenses.
4. Review the financial statements and budget on a quarterly basis.
5. Support parish and archdiocesan stewardship programs.
