Register as a Parishioner of St. Faustina Catholic Church if you attend this Parish
Email a scanned copy of the Child's Original Birth Certif. & date of the Ceremony - if still waiting for the BC send the Verification of Birth Facts
A Godparent must be a Catholic who has been confirmed and received First Eucharist and is a practicing Catholic. If married, they must be in a valid Catholic marriage. According to Canon Law, “there is only one male sponsor or one female sponsor, or one of both.” (CCL #873). A baptized non-Catholic may serve as a Christian witness if there is only one Catholic godparent.
Our Baptism Ceremony is usually celebrated on the 2nd Saturday of each month* at 9:00 am in English and 10:30 am in Spanish.

To make a reservation for the Baptism Ceremony, you MUST complete all requirements and email us a copy of your child's birth certificate.
Please note: The date of Baptism is not confirmed until a confirmation email is received from the St. Faustina Baptism Coordinator. We strongly encourage you not to make any party plans or travel arrangements until a date has been secured and confirmed with the Baptism Coordinator. If your child has received Emergency Baptism in a medical emergency, please email us at baptism@saintfaustinachurch.org. This will be a different process if you wish to complete the Rite.

Anyone who is a practicing Catholic (18 years old and up) in good standing, knowledgeable about the teachings of the Catholic Church, and willing to teach others about the faith.

We help prepare and support families as they celebrate the sacrament of baptism for their babies, offering assistance during the baptism class and the baptism ceremony.
The Archdiocese asks that you go through Safe Environment Training. This consists of a criminal background check and three 30-minute training sessions intended to help adult volunteers be more equipped to protect the youth. This is required for all adult volunteers and staff.
