Special Delivery

As an outreach from the Small Christian Community Season 3, which focused on works of mercy - 2 small groups wanted to do something for the inmates for Christmas. Marianita Milton has worked in prison ministry for many years. She met with the small groups at their least meeting in Season 3 and said that one thing the prisoners seldom receive is fresh fruit. So the groups came together and put packages together with 80 oranges, 80 apples and over 100 bananas. The special delivery was coordinated by German Dijoy who is is active in prison ministry. Ismael Latorre helped load the truck. Sonia Latorre prepared prayer cards for each of the 100 inmates.
