40 Days for Life is an internationally coordinated 40 day campaign that aims to end abortion locally through prayer and fasting, community outreach, and a peaceful all-day vigil in front of abortion businesses. Although abortion is illegal in Texas, women still receive referrals to out-of-state doctors who prescribe the abortion pill. These referrals come from local centers that used to provide abortions.
At St. Faustina, we pray the rosary around our Memorial to the Unborn statue every Tuesday after Mass during the 40 Days for Life campaign and we pray for an hour outside of Planned Parenthood in Houston off I45 (4600 Gulf Frwy) every Wednesday after Mass. All are welcome to join!
